This advanced course takes participants who have foundational workflow automation and agent creation skills with Claude and elevates them to production-grade automated workflows and governed, team-ready agents. Participants design knowledge architectures for complex Claude Projects, build multi-agent orchestration patterns, implement formal testing and QA processes, establish governance frameworks, and integrate tool use into sophisticated agent designs — all using Claude's native capabilities. The course targets experienced Claude users who need their agents and automated workflows to be reliable, testable, and deployable across teams.

Prerequisites

• Completion of LF-12210 Advanced Claude Training — Pilot (or equivalent experience with Claude for workflow automation and agent creation)
• Familiarity with the pilot's workflow automation techniques (LO-0010, LO-0011, LO-0012) and agent creation patterns (LO-0013, LO-0014, LO-0015)
• Comfort working with Claude Projects (custom instructions, knowledge bases, conversation starters)
• A Claude Pro account ($20/month per participant)
• A real-world workflow or agent concept from their own role (strongly encouraged — the course is most effective with real automation challenges)
