The two-week window creates accountability without rigidity. Evening office hours give you direct instructor access without requiring you to block your workday. The mastery requirement — a summative assessment you must pass to earn the credential — means the credential means something.
Students who work ahead finish early. Students who fall behind pay a modest extension fee and keep their access and support. No one is penalized for learning at a sustainable pace, and no one coasts to a credential they didn't earn.

Every Flex Path course is written and taught by George Sawyer — an instructional designer and technical educator with more than two decades of experience building training programs for technical professionals.
George led the curriculum rebuild for AWS Tech U, Amazon's internal cloud workforce development program. When the program had to move away from in-person delivery during COVID, he designed the new delivery model — introducing their first learning management system, and building the flipped classroom and mastery learning approach that the program is based on. That same design philosophy is at the foundation of every Flex Path course: deliberate practice, active retrieval, and demonstrated competency as the standard for completion.
Flex Path courses are developed through a structured, human-led process. Content is reviewed for accuracy, validated against industry standards, and designed to produce durable skills — not just exam passes. The lab environments, assessments, and reinforcement materials are built to work together, not thrown together.
