Every team member progresses through the same curriculum with the same support infrastructure. The credential they earn certifies demonstrated competency — it is not issued for attendance or seat time.

The Trellis reporting dashboard shows enrollment status, module completion, and assessment readiness indicators per student. Access provided to designated L&D contacts.

Consistent credentialing

Every team member who completes earns the same credential, based on the same demonstrated competency standard. No credential without passing the summative assessment.

Flexible extension

Team members who need more time can extend at $150/week without falling off the program. Support and platform access continue through the extension period.

Live evening office hours

Four live group sessions per course — instructor-led, evening-scheduled, focused on the questions your team actually runs into. No workday disruption.

Async support included

Ticketed and chat-based support with a 24-hour response commitment. Team members get answers when they need them, not just during office hours.

Pricing

$900 per person, per course. Multi-course tracks are available at a 15% bundle discount — $3,825 for a 5-course track vs. $4,500 à la carte.

Common questions

Can we set a fixed cohort start date for the whole team?: Yes. Rolling enrollment is the default but we can configure dedicated cohort start dates for corporate groups. Contact us to discuss scheduling.
How do we see team progress?: The Trellis reporting dashboard provides enrollment status, module completion, and assessment readiness indicators per student. Access is provided to designated L&D contacts.
What happens if a team member doesn't pass the summative assessment?: Extensions are available at $150/week and include continued platform access and instructor support. The credential is issued when the student passes — there is no automatic extension or waiver.
Is there a minimum team size?: No formal minimum for rolling enrollment. Cohort-based team delivery has a minimum of 4 students.
Can we get a PO-based invoice rather than immediate payment?: Yes. Corporate invoicing with net payment terms is available. Contact us to discuss your purchasing process.
What courses are available for team enrollment?: All Flex Path courses are available for team enrollment. Courses are in active development — contact us and we can confirm current availability and projected timelines.
