Common questions

Is there a minimum number of people?
No. Flex Path is individual enrollment, per course — you can enroll a single person or an entire team. That's the point: you don't have to fill a cohort to get someone trained.
How do we see team progress?
Designated L&D contacts get access to a reporting view in the Trellis platform — enrollment status, module completion, and assessment-readiness indicators per person.
What does the completion credential actually mean?
It is earned by passing the course's summative assessment, not by attendance or seat time. There is no completion credential without passing — so a completion is real evidence of competency.
What if someone needs more time?
The access window can be extended, with platform access and instructor support continuing through the extension. The credential is issued when the person passes — there is no waiver.
Can we set a shared start date for a group?
Yes. Rolling enrollment is the default, but we can configure a shared cohort start for a group on request.
Can we purchase by PO and invoice?
Yes. Flex Path for teams is bought by quote and corporate invoice with net terms — the same purchasing path as our instructor-led training.
