This hands-on introductory course takes participants with no prior ChatGPT experience from curiosity to confidence. Participants learn what ChatGPT is, how to navigate its interface, how to write effective prompts, and how to use AI responsibly. The course targets professionals across all functions who want to start using ChatGPT productively in their daily work. Four modules progress from understanding AI assistants through interface navigation, effective prompting techniques, and responsible AI use — culminating in a capstone where participants apply everything to a real task from their own work. Approximately 57% of class time is hands-on practice, with structured scaffolding appropriate for participants with no prior AI experience.
