Clarify what needs to change before you book training.
Build a training requirements brief around the work your people need to do. Explore the goal, audience, observable outcomes, culture and other workplace factors, prerequisites and practical constraints.
Answer what you can. Keep the brief for your own planning, or choose to share it with Learn Flourish. No account is needed.
What belongs in a training requirements brief?
A useful brief connects the result you want with the work people need to do. You do not need to choose a course or a delivery format first.
- Goal: What prompted the request, and what should improve for the organization?
- Audience: Which groups need support, and what can they already do?
- Outcomes and evidence: What should people be able to do, how could they demonstrate it, and what would you look for at work?
- Workplace factors: Could culture, expectations, processes, tools or workload also be contributing?
- Readiness: Which prerequisites, licenses, permissions and practice conditions need to be in place?
- Practical details: Who needs to be involved, and what timing, learning time and constraints matter?
