The decisions this course helps you make
AI proposals compete for the same budget, staff, and management attention. This course gives executives a common basis for comparing proposals and deciding what to fund, test, defer, or stop.
Use a prepared portfolio to defend a funding and sourcing recommendation, assign accountable roles and review capacity, and set conditions for expanding, pausing, or retiring an initiative. The work is a bounded portfolio recommendation and accountability plan.
